Valle de Nabal 2022
Red wine from the Nabal winery, under the DO Ribera del Duero. Natural malolactic fermentation, in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. This fermentation takes place at around 21ºC. Once the second fermentation is over, the wine is racked into new oak barrels, both French and American.

Clear appearance, with a high layer. Cherry color, with a notable intensity.
, represents the typicality of Tempranillo: aroma of fresh blueberry and blackberries. As this wine opens, it presents more lactic notes, related to wild fruit yogurt, butters and, of course, vanillas and spices. Thanks to the careful selection of toasted wood, this integration of fruit and spices so characteristic of this wine has been achieved.
In the mouth it is full-bodied, balanced, tasty and broad. Power, fruit and acidity integrated with firm, rounded tannin. Liveliness and structure make this a wine with great potential
Pairing
Ideal to pair with charcuterie, semi-cured cheeses, blue fish, and some roasted white and red meats, such as goat or lamb. Accepts mushrooms and sauced cod dishes, and fish in sauce in general. Perfect for pasta with tomato sauce and an ideal ally for tapas with toast and various skewers.
