Medium and complex intensity. It perfectly combines the freshness of red fruits such as raspberry and cherry and the complexity of its aging in French barrels. Notes of pepper, subtle balsamic
Interesting entry, with a light touch but broad and round at the same time, with friendly tannins, with medium-high acidity and a pleasant and persistent aftertaste.
Pairing
This wine is a good companion to smoked meats andcooked over the fire, like the classic suckling lamb chopsfrom Rioja. It also goes very well with recipes that haveingredients truffle and mature cheese.
