Vuni rosé, from the Altanza winery, under the DO. The must ferments slowly in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16ºC, to maintain the characteristics of freshness and lightness of its two varietals.

The nose is determined by a palette of dark and earthy aromas, where black fruit is the protagonist, decorated with balsamic, mineral, smoky and cocoa notes.
Rich and intense entry in the mouth. Delicate tannins, with a long and distinguished aftertaste of plum and chocolate. A wine with structure to age.
A good accompaniment to smoked and fire-cooked meats, such as the classic Rioja suckling lamb chops, as well as truffle and mature cheese.
