White wine from Baigorri winery, under the D. O. La Rioja. The grapes come from old, sustainably grown vineyards. After harvesting, the grapes are manually destemmed and grain by grain is selected at sorting tables. Subsequently, there is a maceration with its skins for several hours. Finally, it ferments in new French oak barrels in which it will be aged for 8 months.
