Pale yellow colour, with greenish reflections.
High aromatic intensity, marked by a wide range of varietal aromas (hay, balsamic, citrus), with a touch of maturity as a result of working with the lees.
Well-structured, balanced, unctuous, velvety and with a long aftertaste, recalling the aromas perceived on the nose.
It is the perfect accompaniment to fish such as baked snapper with vegetables or grilled white prawns.
