Red wine from the Bosque de Matasnos winery, under the D.O. Ribera del Duero. Cold maceration of the must with the skins and long fermentations at 25ºC. 20% of the production undergoes malolactic aging in barrels and the rest in tanks. Aged for 12 months in French (90%) and American (10%) oak barrels. It remains in the bottle for more than 30 months.

Vista

Bright and intense cherry color, high robe.

Nariz

Very high intensity, complex, clean and elegant. Very interesting. Very ripe black fruit, accompanied by balsamic and spicy notes such as cloves, incense and a light touch of laurel.

Boca

Fine, long and silky attack, with very well integrated tannins with red fruit. Long, rich and very elegant.



Pairing

Roasted, stewed or barbecued red meats, baked lamb, chicken, stewed rabbit, fatty fish, cheeses, sausages and foie. Service between 14ºC-18ºC.
