White wine from Can Majoral winery, under the D.O. Pla i Llevant. A skin maceration has been carried out before going to press. The fermentation of the free-run must and the first fraction of the pressing have been carried out in new French oak barrels at a controlled temperature of 18º C. Afterwards, it rests for 6 months with its lees and with the batonnage technique.
