Coquet 2019
Sparkling wine from the Mestres winery composed of the three typical grape varieties in the D.O. Cava: Macabeu, Xarel lo and Parellada. The harvest is done manually. It is made using the traditional method with a cork stopper and stirred in rhyme with an aging of 42 months. Disgorgement manual dated.

Primary aromas of white fruit and citrus on a background of fine pastry and roasted notes.
Fresh, well integrated carbonic and good length.
