Condado de Haza Crianza 2019
Red wine from Pesquera winery, under the D. O. Ribera del Duero. This great Ribera is made from their own vineyards, located in the municipality of Roa and La Horra, at an altitude of more than 811 meters. The vines have an average age of 25 years and are located on a sandy loam soil. This Crianza has rested for 18 months in American oak barrels and another 6 months in the bottle before going on sale.

Clean and bright. Cherry color with purple rim.
Intense with aromas of black fruits, such as blackberries and blackberries. Light touch of liquorice with spicy notes from aging in American oak.
Fleshy wine, well integrated acidity, highlighting a round tannin that provides good volume and persistence in the mouth. In the aftertaste, aromas of liquorice are appreciated.
Pairing
Lamb roasts, cutlets with vine shoots, oxtail, suckling pig and semi-cured cheese. Service between 12ºC-14ºC.
