Pairing
very vivid cherry red colour. It is very glyceric, clean and bright. The quality of the tears in the glass indicates that this wine will develop further over time.
The primary aromas are a concentration of black fruit, blackberries, undergrowth, smoked and balsamic notes. After swirling the glass, the notes of black fruit, red plums, hints of cedar, cinnamon and pepper linger. After a while, aromas of carob emerge, with a touch of citrus (orange peel) and a touch of floral notes.
On the palate, this red wine is vibrant. Black fruit aftertaste, notes of cedar and balsamic finish. The flavors linger in the mouth for a long time and the wine leaves a nice dry finish. The tannins are subtle due to the youth of the wine.
