Red wine from Es Fangar winery, under the D.O. Pla i Llevant. Totally organic vineyard. In the winery, the grapes are cleaned and refrigerated before destemming and sorting grain by grain at the table. Subsequently, it passes by gravity to the isothermal stainless steel tanks in which it ferments at a controlled temperature. The malolactic fermentation takes place in wooden foudres and stainless steel tanks. It is aged for 24 months in used oak barrels of different sizes. Each variety is vinified separately and then the blend is made. Finally, it spends another 36 months in the bottle before going on the market.
