Rosé wine from José L. Ferrer winery, under the D. O. Binissalem. Maceration of the skins for 48 hours to partially extract the color. Controlled fermentation at around 15ºC in stainless steel tanks.
Intense red color with violet reflections. Strong and persistent tears.
Intense aroma, where balsamic notes, cedar wood and eucalyptus stand out. Appearance of aromas of ripe fruit, roasted, coffee and cocoa.
There is a clear predominance of flower aromas and barrel details. Ripe wine of medium persistence.
Cheeses, rice and red meat. Service between 16ºC to 18ºC.
