Rosé wine from José L. Ferrer winery, under the D. O. Binissalem. Maceration of the skins for 48 hours to partially extract the color. Controlled fermentation at around 15ºC in stainless steel tanks.
Cherry-Ruby red with a bright-looking mid-layer tile rim.
Ripe fruit, vanilla, lactic and spicy notes.
Balanced with a structure marked by the sweet and intense tannins typical of a very ripe grape.
Red meat. Service between 16ºC to 18ºC.
