Svmma Varietalis 2014
Red wine from Marqués de Griñón winery, under the D. O. Pago de Valdepusa. After manual selection and harvest, the grapes are destemmed and unloaded by gravity into the fermentation tanks. It ferments at a controlled temperature and macerates for 4-5 weeks. Next, it is aged in new French Allier oak barrels for 12 months in a heated warehouse. The wine is neither filtered nor clarified.
