Red wine from the Pago de los Capellanes winery, under the D.O. Ribera del Duero. The must undergoes a cold pre-fermentation maceration for 3 days below 12ºC. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with pumping over and phenolic control of the must-wine in maceration. After performing the malolactic, it is aged for 18 months in 225-liter fine-grained French oak barrels.
