Straw yellow colour, with greenish reflections, clear and bright.
The nose is fresh, very expressive with aromas of white stone fruit, such as apple and pear, and tropical aromas such as pineapple and peach.
Very round, with an integrated acidity, and with an aftertaste of ripe fruit such as pineapple or mango.
Pairing
It goes perfectly with any type of fish, rice, seafood and white meats.
