The must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. A small part of the wine is aged in one-year oak barrels for three months.

Vino blanco de la bodega Son Alegre, acogido a la Denominación de Origen V. T. Mallorca. Viñedos de 15 años con cubierta vegetal para garantizar la biodiversidad en vida y mejorar la microbiología de los suelos. La vendimia se realiza manualmente en cajas de 15 kg. Cada variedad se vinifica por separado en depósitos de acero inoxidable de 2500 litros y tras la fermentación pasa 5 meses sobre sus lías. Finalmente, se realiza el coupage con la intención de conseguir un equilibrio entre las distintas variedades.

The harvest is carried out manually in 15 kg boxes. It undergoes the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in 2100-liter stainless steel tanks and remains for another 5 months with its lees before being bottled.
