Golden color with greenish reflections. Clean and bright.

Nariz

Intense on the nose with notes of ripe fruit, smoke and leaves. Balance between the primary notes and the aromas of the barrel (stone fruit and vanilla).

Boca

Frank and direct. Smooth, glyceric and balanced mid palate. Elegant spicy aftertaste. Citrus notes and white pepper appear. Very long finish.



Pairing

Rissotto, processed fish and semi-cured sheep cheeses. Service between 8ºC and 12ºC.
