EL COTO

Red wine from El Coto winery, under the D. O. La Rioja. The grapes go through a selection table in the winery after the harvest. Once selected, they ferment in vats at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, it is aged for 12 months in 225-liter American oak barrels. Finally, it is refined in the bottle for 6 months before going on the market.
