Red wine from Sierra de Cantabria winery, under the D. O. La Rioja. The grapes are destemmed and selected manually and a cold pre-fermentation maceration is carried out. Subsequently, it ferments in small oak vats at a controlled temperature. The malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging takes place in new French oak barrels and a small part in Central European oak.
