White wine from Gran Bazán winery, under the D. O. Rías Baixas. The project for this wine began in the late 1980s, when the first experiments with French oak barrels began to be made. During the last harvests, the technique has been refined to achieve a wine with a perfect balance between wood and fruit. The grapes come from the highest part of the Tremoedo estate, with very low yields, where green pruning, leaf removal and long maceration of the musts have been done to increase the life of this wine. Before the end of the fermenting, the oak barrels in which it is aged with batonage for 6 months are filled.

Pairing

Vista

Bright, pale yellow.

Nariz

Very complex. White flowers, stone fruit and aromas from the delicate aging: roasted, vanilla and very subtle smoked to respect the varietal aroma.

Boca

Unctuous and fresh, with a very varietal aftertaste with spicy touches. Long persistence.

Pairing

Pate, lobster, fish, cold white meats, chicken salad and light cheeses. It is recommended to serve between 9ºC-12ºC.
