White wine from Bodega Mas den Gil with D.O. Priorat. Aged in the bottle for approximately 18 months.
Medium-high intensity cherry red colour.
Subtle aromas of ripe cherries and raspberries, intertwined with hints of spices and a mineral touch that adds freshness.
In the mouth, it is vigorous and tasty, showing admirable balance. Its well-integrated tannins give structure to a wine that, without being excessively robust, has a remarkable presence.
It harmonises perfectly with meats: grilled lamb with Mediterranean herbs, grilled Iberian pork, red meats such as Galician veal. It also goes very well with oily blue fish, such as grilled tuna, rice and risotto.
