Vuni rosé, from the Altanza winery, under the DO. The must ferments slowly in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16ºC, to maintain the characteristics of freshness and lightness of its two varietals.
Intense cherry red, medium layer, clean and bright.
On the nose, varietal aromas of red fruits predominate, such as raspberry and cherry, light notes of licorice and a very well assembled wood that provides balsamic nuances with subtle toast.
Light entry, balanced, round and with good acidity. Friendly and well-structured tannin. Aromas of red fruits return to the palate. A pleasant drink with a long aftertaste.
A versatile wine that combines perfectly with salads, pastas with intense sauces, white meats, red meats, small game, stews, blue fish or even white fish in sauce. Suggestion: sea casserole
