Red wine from Protos winery, under the D. O. Ribera del Duero. The Protos Roble has been made from a blend of different Tempranillo 25-year-old plots, in order to offer the maximum expression of the terroir. The harvest is done manually in boxes of 20 kilograms. Once the fermentation is over, the wine rests for 6 months in French and American oak barrels, followed by another 6 months in the bottle.

Nariz

Frank and intense, where aromas of red and black fruit stand out, accompanied by spicy and light toasted notes.

Boca

Very well structured. Fruity, fresh, with a sweet and balanced mid palate, with very pleasant soft tannins.



Pairing

Rice and pasta, chicken and poultry, beef, mushrooms, cold cuts, grilled meats, lamb, pork, semi-cured cheeses. Service at 15ºC-16ºC.
