Pairing

Vista

Cherry red with cherry tones, in a thin layer violets predominate.

Nariz

Very intense aromas of spices (cinnamon, mint, spearmint) with hints of vanilla, mixed with hints of ripe fruit, clean and complex.

Boca

The entry is strong, where the tannins are noticeable to leave a good step in the mouth later. Broad, balanced, retronasal, these spicy and red fruit notes reappear. Lots of persistence.

Pairing

A wine to enjoy with tapas, pasta, rice dishes or as an aperitif. Service temperature from 16 to 18 °C

Red wine from the Nabal winery, under the DO Ribera del Duero. The best selected grapes enter the stainless steel tanks without crushing, by gravity. After a 24-hour maceration to extract its potential aromas and color, alcoholic fermentation begins with its own yeast at a controlled temperature of 26ºC, with gentle and frequent pumping over. Malolactic fermentation occurs partly in tank and partly on its lees in new American and French oak barrels.
