Red wine from the Dalt Turó winery, under the DOVT Mallorca. Manual harvest by plots with selection of the best clusters in the field. Fermentation at low temperature with gentle pumping over. The aging is done only in a 5000L French oak vat for 12 months.

White Wine from the Dalt Turó winery under the DOVT Mallorca. Selection of the best clusters in the field, gently pressing, separating the must obtained very well. Cold racking. Fermentation at 17ºC with selected yeasts for 20 days. Once the fermentation is finished, the fine lees are worked for 1 and a half months to give it volume in the mouth.
