Dehesa La Granja 2018
Red wine from Pesquera winery, under the D. O. Ribera del Duero. The Dehesa La Granja has been made from vineyards located in the southwest of the province of Zamora, in the Dehesa la Granja estate, with a total of 800 hectares of cultivation, dedicated to livestock and various crops of which 101 hectares are of vineyards. The soil is formed by sediments of sandstones, clays and limestone puddings, which on the surface originate limestone soils. Silty materials alternate with coarse and fine-grained sandstones. Once the fermentation is finished, it remains for 24 months in American oak barrels, located under the ground, and a further 12 months of rest in the bottle.

Clean and bright. Garnet color.
Complex nose, presents ripe red fruit with the presence of roasted, aniseed, vanilla and a liquorice finish.
Fleshy wine, well integrated acidity, highlighting a round tannin that provides good volume and persistence in the mouth. In the aftertaste, aromas of liquorice are appreciated.
Pairing
Red meat, feather game and duck breast. It is recommended to serve between 14ºC-16ºC.
