The nose is complex with cherries, prunes combined with savoury balsamic and spicy notes. These notes mingle with flavours of mocha, toast, caramel and smoke, as well as hints of pepper.

On the palate, the flavours mirror the nose with additional nuances of herbs and leather. The wine has powerful but well-integrated tannins, medium acidity and a long, velvety finish.
