Red wine from Marqués de Riscal winery, under the D. O. La Rioja. Los viñedos usados para elaborar este Reserva tienen una media de 50 años. Tras la vendimia, fermenta a temperatura controlada con una maceración de no más de 12 días. Después, pasara 2 años de crianza en barrica de roble americano y finalmente un año de afinamiento en botella.

Cherry red with a medium layer. Clean and bright.

Nariz

Ripe black and red fruits on a base of notes of liquorice, cinnamon and pepper.

Boca

Fresh entry, with a smooth texture. Easy and fruity mid palate, very pleasant. Long and balsamic finish.



Pairing

Ham, half-cured cheeses, stews with slightly spicy sauces, cooked legumes, poultry, red meats, grilled and roasted meats. Service between 14ºC-18 ºC.

White wine from Marqués de Riscal winery, under the D. O. La Rioja. It is harvested in vineyards for an average of 25 years. The wine then ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation it will spend 2 months on its lees. During this time, weekly nitrogen battonnage is done.
