Red wine from the Tomás Postigo winery, under the D.O. Ribera del Duero. The harvest is done manually and by screening the berries on a selection table. It ferments spontaneously in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

Intense color, with a cherry red background and dark red trim.
Very intense nose of ripe red and black fruit. Very well integrated wood surrounding the fruit.
Large volume wine. Red and black fruit with very elegant wood and toasted notes.
Pairing
Roast meats and stews. Service between 14ºC-18ºC.
