White wine from Legaris winery, under the D. O. Rueda. Legaris Verdejo (D.O. Rueda) is a modern wine due to its flavor and aromas, which stands out for being the perfect combination of fruity explosion and floral elegance. Legaris produces a combination of grapes from different vineyards: the skeleton of the wine comes from old vines of more than 20 years in Segovia, which allow the balance between aromatic intensity, volume and consistency in the mouth; which is complemented with grapes from the Valladolid vineyard, providing intensity and aromatic nuances that balance the wine.

Red wine from Legaris winery, under the D. O. Ribera del Duero. This wine shows a profile of Tinto Fino perhaps not as well known, as is that of the province of Soria. From a small vineyard located in Alcubilla de Avellaneda, they make this unique wine with a very peculiar fine red profile: elegant, fresh and floral. The small vineyard is planted in clay soil with great water retention capacity and a high concentration of iron that gives it a reddish color. Aging took place for 16 months in 225-liter and 500-liter French barrels. Subsequently, the wine remained for two months in an egg-shaped concrete tank, where it was refined before bottling.

Red wine from Legaris winery, under the D. O. Ribera del Duero. Páramos de Legaris is a commitment to the value of the origin and authenticity of the terroirs of La Ribera del Duero. This wine is the fruit of the Tinto Fino vineyards cultivated at 900 meters in three moors characterized by their stony soils located in the towns of Moradillo de Roa, Peñafiel and Pesquera de Duero. The result is a wine that transmits maximum expressiveness and varietal character. Pure essence of the region. In order to respect the fruity character of this Páramos de Legaris, the average aging in barrels has been 9 months in Bordeaux barrels selected in a proportion of 2/3 fine grain French oak and 1/3 American oak, in both cases with 30% new barrels.

Red wine from Legaris winery, under the D. O. Ribera del Duero. Legaris Roble is a wine that possesses the maximum aromatic intensity and seeks to exalt all the power that the Tinto Fino variety offers. A wine made with grapes that come from the vineyard owned by the winery and specially chosen to make this style of wine. Once the alcoholic fermentation was finished, the wine spontaneously underwent malolactic in stainless steel tanks. Once finished, the wine was put into American oak barrels, where it remained for a total of 3 months. Subsequently, a slight clarification and a final filtration were carried out to refine the wine before bottling.

Red wine from Legaris winery, under the D. O. Ribera del Duero. Legaris Crianza is the most representative wine of the Legaris winery. It shows that the balance between the uniqueness and complexity of the Ribera del Duero is possible and so it starts from 10 different geographical areas whose grapes are elaborated separately. The balance between terroir, fruit and oak is the objective of Legaris Crianza, and it has gradually been achieved by reducing the weight of the barrel in the final wine. The average aging in barrels has been 12 months in Bordeaux barrels selected in a proportion of 50% fine grain French oak and 50% American oak, in both cases with 20% new barrels.

Red wine from Legaris winery, under the D. O. Ribera del Duero. Legaris Reserva is a monovarietal of Tinto Fino from vineyards over 40 years old that are located at altitudes higher than 850 meters. It is only bottled in vintages of full phenolic maturity of the grape, a maturity that allows obtaining wines with great aging potential in the bottle, and bottling Legaris Reserva in unfavorable vintages in the Ribera del Duero is ruled out. The grapes are harvested manually in boxes of 15 kilos, and immediately incorporated into a cold room overnight at 6ºC. Once the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is finished, the wine remains for 18 months in Bordeaux fine-grained French oak barrels.

Red wine from Legaris winery, under the D. O. Ribera del Duero. Calmo Legaris is our best interpretation of the Tinto Fino de La Ribera del Duero, which we only manage to offer in exceptional vintages. It is a night-tear wine composed of grapes from four different geographical areas. The malolactic fermentation of these wines takes place separately in new French oak barrels from four different cooperages and their subsequent barrel aging lasts for 21 months. Once the aging is finished, the final blend is made. Calmo Legaris does not see the light of day every year, but only those whose final wine is of exceptional quality and aging capacity in the bottle.
