White wine from Macià Batle winery, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand, to be then gently pressed by carbonic maceration. After that, they undergo fermentation for two weeks in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 °C. It's aged in American oak barrels for a few months, before being bottled.
