White wine from Macià Batle winery, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand, to be then gently pressed by carbonic maceration. After that, they undergo fermentation for two weeks in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 °C. It's aged in American oak barrels for a few months, before being bottled.

Red wine from Macià Batle winery, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. After selecting the grape in the vineyard, it is gently pressed by carbonic maceration. Then it is aged for 2 months in American oak barrels.

Se realiza una parada de fermentación natural después de un período de 1 a 2 años, y se envejece durante 12 meses en barrica de roble. Vino de baja producción.

Red wine from Macià Batle winery, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. Harvest carried out at the end of September from a selection of 25-year-old vineyards, and done manually by selecting the smallest grains. It is the Macià Batle wine with the biggest amount of awards obtained to date.
