Red wine from the Pago de Carraovejas winery, under the D.O. Ribera del Duero. After a first selection in the vineyard, the grapes go through a cold chamber and selection table. It is incubated without previous crushing, in order to preserve its purest and freshest aromas. The must is moved by gravity and ferments with its own yeasts. It is refined by protecting it in French and American oak barrels for around 12 months.
