Red wine from the Son Grau Gran winery, under the D.O. VT Majorca. Manual harvest in boxes of 15 kg with selection in the field. Fermentation with 30% of the whole bunch and the rest of the grapes destemmed with whole grain. Light pumpovers for 10 days and gentle pressing. Aging in barrels of third and fourth year of 500L for 6 months. Production of 918 bottles.
Rosé wine from the Son Grau Gran winery, under the D.O. VT Majorca. Manual harvest in boxes of 15 kg with selection in the field. Direct pressing obtaining a clean must with a pale color and fermentation at a controlled temperature after a slight racking. Aged in tank on its lees for 6 months. Production of 2,295 bottles.
White wine from the Son Gran Gran winery, under the DOVT Mallorca. Manual harvest in 15kg boxes with selection in the field. Direct pressing and fermentation of the varieties separately. After blending, 40% of the wine remains in 500l barrels for 4 months and the rest in tanks on its lees. Limited production of 2226 bottles.
