Red wine from the Son Grau Gran winery, under the D.O. VT Majorca. Manual harvest in boxes of 15 kg with selection in the field. Fermentation with 30% of the whole bunch and the rest of the grapes destemmed with whole grain. Light pumpovers for 10 days and gentle pressing. Aging in barrels of third and fourth year of 500L for 6 months. Production of 918 bottles.

After blending, 40% of the wine remains in 500l barrels for 4 months and the rest in tanks on its lees. Limited production of 2226 bottles.
