Red wine from Son Mayol winery, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. After the manual harvest, the grapes are selected and destemmed. Each variety ferments separately at a controlled temperature in wooden foudres. After making the coupage with the resulting wines, it is aged for 12 months in new and used barrels.

Pairing
Cherry red with violet rims.
Aromas of currant and black berry, notes of vanilla and pepper.
Soft and sweet entry. It is rounded and smoothed to finish with the recognized fruity notes on the nose.
Pairing
Grilled red meats, mushrooms. Service at 14ºC-18ºC.
