Medium intensity, wine of great frankness. Reminiscences of ripe fruit (green apple, water pear), along with pleasant vegetable notes.

Boca

Friendly attack on the palate, which evolves towards very clean flavors. Good balance and marked acidity that brings freshness to the whole wine. Long aftertaste with a very refreshing character.



Pairing

Vegetables and salads. Simple fish dishes. Service between 4ºC and 6ºC.
