Red wine from Sierra de Cantabria winery, under the D. O. La Rioja. The vineyards are 55 years old. The best bunches are selected when they arrive at the winery and later they are destemmed and a second selection is made grain by grain. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 8 - 10 days with daily pumping over. Subsequently, it macerates for 3 weeks. Lastly, it is aged in French oak barrels for 18 months, 4 of which are in contact with its lees.
