It is said that the Mallorcan Roc is an animal, calm, resistant, tender, intelligent and grateful, with dense and dark fur... it is a bit of what we are looking for is the wine entity. To do this we have combined Cabernet, Merlot, Callet and Syrah that help us achieve a blend to easily approach the warmth of good Mallorcan wines with greater and better lightness.

In Porreres, where much of our grapes come from, we call the bicycle Sitra. This word is not used anywhere else on the Island, which makes it something nice and unique. When you try a white Sitra you get the citrus flavor of chardonnay along with a smelly and sweet sauvignon blanc and girò

Mr. Ruc is a wine of very limited production, to which whims and the desire to improve have made us dedicate more time. It has been in the barrel for 12 months and has aromas and tastes that make it a true delight. With this wine we are not only sure to surprise but we know that time will give us greater delight and pleasure.
