Triava Blanc de Guarda 2022
White wine from the Ava vi winery, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. The grapes come from the best and oldest parcel of the winery and are harvested manually. It is lightly pressed and the flower must ferments in medium toasted French oak barrels for 6 weeks. Finally, it will spend 11 more months in the barrels with periodic batonages. This is a wine for aging, so it will improve in the years to come.

Pale golden yellow.
Low intensity first contact, with aromas of stone fruit skin. When aerated, it is much more complex and the woods, toasts and vanilla stand out.
Smooth and silky. Medium body. Vanilla on its entrance and with a finish of ripe fruit.

Baked white meats and blue fish. Service between 6ºC-10ºC.

Each variety ferments separately for 4 weeks in open French oak barrels with light pounding. Next, it is lightly pressed to obtain the flower must and assembled. Finally, it is aged in French oak barrels controlled by constant tastings until bottling, after 27 months.
