White Wine from the Encomienda Cervera winery, under the DOVT Castilla. A limited edition single-varietal Sauvignon Blanc variety in 2900 bottles. Fermented in French oak barrels for three months. White wine with a peach aroma, fresh and that does not leave its taster indifferent, finding in it a very special wine.
