Pairing
We find a cherry red with brick reflections, deep and bright.
It begins with a predominance of computed red fruit and evolves towards menthol, spaced and roasted notes (cocoa, butter). Finishes with a light mineral aroma characteristic of this seaside vineyard.
It presents itself as a silky, voluminous wine, with sharp but refreshing acidity. It has a long finish.
