Cherry red, clean and bright.
The aromas are dominated by kirsch-type macerated plum, pepper, cloves, and smoke.
In the mouth it presents itself as a silky, voluminous wine, with sharp but refreshing acidity. It has a long finish with a light mineral flavor characteristic of this seaside vineyard.
Pairing
lunches or dinners of red meat, Iberian ham, cured cheeses, dark chocolate or alone.
