Pairing
In appearance it appears as a clean wine, with a cherry red color with violet reflections.
On the nose there are notes of fruit (raisins, cherry, prune, strawberry, raspberry and blackberry) and flowers (lily flower, violet and carnation).
On the palate, a silky wine with well-integrated acidity, moderate astringency from the tannins and a mineral touch typical of the different salts of the terroir. A long, persistent and very pleasant finish in the mouth.
Pairing
Highly recommended to accompany starters and tapas (kidneys, Mallorcan fried fish, gizzards, pickled partridge) although it can also be drunk alone.
