Pairing

Vista

Yellow "old gold" with greenish reflections. Clean and bright.

Nariz

Intense and complex nuances from its aging in fine oak barrels, with white truffle backgrounds. When moving the glass, hints of white cocoa, even ginger, accompanied by notes of toasted pastry cream.

Boca

Fresh and saline, very mineral. Elegant and unctuous on the palate with mineral and creamy sensations. Long aftertaste with hints of nuts and hazelnuts. The wine will gain in complexity as it spends time in the bottle.

Pairing

Appetizers, pasta, fish and rice. It goes well with dry snacks, lunches and varied dinners. It is recommended to slightly oxygenate it and serve it at a not too cold temperature (12ºC-14ºC).

Red wine from Valserrano winery, under the D. O. La Rioja. Made with grapes of the Tempranillo and Mazuelo varieties. After the harvest, a cold maceration and fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruity aromas of the grape as much as possible and obtain the best extraction of color. Afterwards, it is aged for 16 months in American and French oak barrels. Finally, it rests for a few months in the tank to achieve a good assembly of the wine before bottling.
