The entrance is strong, where the tannins are noticeable to later leave a good step in the mouth. Wide, balanced, in the retronasal those spicy and red fruit notes reappear. Lots of persistence.

Red wine from the Nabal winery, under the DO Ribera del Duero. The best selected grapes enter the stainless steel tanks without crushing, by gravity. After a 24-hour maceration to extract its potential aromas and color, alcoholic fermentation begins with its own yeast at a controlled temperature of 26ºC, with gentle and frequent pumping over. Malolactic fermentation occurs partly in tank and partly on its lees in new American and French oak barrels.

Red wine from the Carramimbre winery in the D.O. Ribera del duero. A benchmark in its category. It is characterised by its personality and balance. Very fruity and medium-bodied wine. Aromas of red fruits and a slight hint of wood. On the palate, the fruit and its freshness stand out once again.
