Red wine from Pingus winery, under the D. O. Ribera del Duero. The grape comes from select old vines between 50 and 70 years old of the Tinta de Toro variety. These are small plots of very low production and only 5 hectares in size in the towns of Pesquera and Roa. The grapes were destemmed and subsequently macerated at a controlled temperature. The must fermented at a controlled temperature and underwent malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. It is aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of 21 months.

Red wine from Pingus winery, under the D. O. Ribera del Duero. The grapes used to make Flor de Pingus come from 16 different estates, a mosaic of vineyards that include old vines and younger vines, located in the municipality of La Horra (Burgos). It is vinified in small thermoregulated stainless steel vats. 50% of the wine underwent malolactic fermentation in barrels and the rest in stainless steel tanks. It was aged in new French Allier oak barrels and in one and two year old barrels for 16 months.
