White wine from Santa Catarina winery with D.O. Vi de la Terra de Mallorca. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and aged for 4 months in stainless steel tanks with weekly resuspensions of its fine lees.

Pairing
Straw yellow colour, with golden reflections, clear and bright.
The nose is complex, very expressive, with aromas of peach, banana and mango. It also has floral notes, reminiscent of jasmine and orange blossom.
It has good acidity with a lot of volume in the mouth, it is long, with a taste of ripe fruit, and with a very persistent floral aftertaste.
Pairing
It goes perfectly with rock fish, seafood, rice dishes and white meats, as well as with cheeses and cold meats.
