Red wine from the Son Alegre winery, under the appellation V. T. Mallorca. Vineyards of 15 years with vegetation cover to ensure biodiversity in life and improve soil microbiology. The grapes are harvested by hand in boxes of 15 kg. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 2500 liters. It is then aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, which gives it elegance and personality.

Color Bigarreau cherry red with a dark ruby rim.
Varietal aromas of medium intensity. Blackberries, green and black olives.
Soft and warm entry with marked spices on the palate. Chocolates, toasted wood and soft lactic. Smoky and complex finish.

To drink with grilled meats and hearty dishes. Serving temperature between 14 and 16ºC.
